How to watch the GREAT! Network in Ireland

  • Narrative Entertainment expands offer in the Republic of Ireland, launching its services on the LG Channels platform for the first time.

After taking over Sony’s portfolio of entertainment channels, Narrative Entertainment has announced it’s expanding the availability of its channels in the Republic of Ireland.

A new Ireland-version of GREAT! Romance has now launched on Sky Ireland, making it the third GREAT! network channel to offer a dedicated version for the Republic.

GREAT! network channels on Sky in Ireland

The GREAT! network of movie channels is available on Sky Glass/Stream channels 317-319, while the GREAT! tv classic series channel is on 160. Reality factual channel GREAT! real is on 161.

On Sky satellite (Sky Q, Sky+HD), GREAT! romance is on Sky Ireland channel 320, GREAT! movies on 322 and GREAT! action on 324. GREAT! tv is on 157 and GREAT! real on 189.

GREAT! network channels on LG Channels Ireland

Meanwhile, GREAT! Movies, GREAT! Romance and children’s channels POP and Tiny POP have launched on LG Channels Ireland, giving viewers free access to four channels on their LG smart TV.

Across the Republic of Ireland, GREAT! Movies and Romance are available on LG Channels 220 and 223. You can find POP on channel 910 and Tiny Pop on channel 911 on LG Ireland.

Regarding the GREAT! network’s expansion in Ireland, Fateha Begum, Narrative Entertainment’s Commercial Director, says 

“2024 is proving to be an exciting time for us at Narrative, as we continue to expand our channel brands and build on our successes from 2023. We are dedicated in continuing to invest in new ways for audiences to access and enjoy our portfolio of channels and wide content selection. We’re excited to extend our partnerships with Sky and LG into Ireland, as we provide advertisers greater choice in audience reach as viewing habits change.”
