Virgin Media offers free access to TV fitness app

1 May 2025

Virgin Media TV customers in the UK can jump into the popular fitness app Fit at Home for a three month period at no extra cost.

  • The app normally costs £10 a month.

Customers who sign up to the app before 30th June 2025 can not only save £30 (3x £10) with the offer but will gain access to professionally created and guided workouts – no gym membership required. They simply need to turn on their TV to enjoy a range of exercise and wellness classes including Pilates, ‘Dumbbells & Fit’ and meditation.

The app also offers classes tailored for children as well as sports & physio programmes.

How to access the freebie

  • You’ll need a Virgin TV 360 or Stream/Flex box.
  • Go to the Apps area and scan the QR code presented when you select the Fit at Home app.

Remember to cancel your subscription before the three months are over if you don’t want to start paying the normal £10 a month fee.

Corporate comment
