Sports streaming service DAZN is now available as a Prime Video channel in the UK, with its pay-per-view boxing service also available as a separate purchase.
- Add-on subscription unlocks boxing, Serie A, LIV Golf and more to Prime Video users
- DAZN Pay-per-view on Prime Video starts with Eubank Jr v Benn on 15 November.
The new sporting addition, available as an add-on subscription, significantly expands Prime Video’s sports offering, giving UK customers access to DAZN’s extensive catalogue of live and on-demand sporting content, including boxing, football, basketball, and more.
With DAZN, UK sports fans can now stream 185+ fight nights per year from top boxing promoters including Matchroom, Golden Boy, Queensberry and Misfits. The platform’s comprehensive content also features 300+ live games from Italy’s Lega Serie A, all 14 LIV Golf events, and various other sporting competitions.
It’s the latest boost in DAZN’s availability as it seeks to gain more relevance in the UK. It had already been available on Prime Video in a number of countries. Streaming services are increasingly turning to the likes of Amazon who are able to aggregate content from multiple services in one place. This makes it easier for viewers, who don’t have to install yet more apps for different services.
Pay-Per-View available separately
DAZN pay-per-view events will also be available as a separate purchase, beginning with the rematch between Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn on Saturday 15 November. Then, on 22 November, The Ring IV: Night of Champions takes place, featuring Light Heavyweight Champion David Benavidez defending his title against Anthony Yarde.
How to subscribe to DAZN on Prime Video
UK customers will shortly be able to subscribe and access DAZN through the main Prime Video interface, with the option to purchase upcoming pay-per-view events separately.
