The Rugby League World Cup takes place in England this autumn, and the BBC has confirmed it will broadcast all 61 games from the men’s, women’s and wheelchair tournaments.
Coverage starts with England v Samoa on Saturday 15th October on BBC One, with coverage running until 19th November 2022.
Mark Chapman, Tanya Arnold and JJ Chalmers (pictured above) will lead the presentation across BBC TV and BBC iPlayer. Insight will come from former internationals and top players – Jon Wilkin, Jamie Peacock, James Graham, Lois Forsell, Danika Priim, Jonathan Davies, Kyle Amor, Jamie Jones-Buchanan and more
Alongside the BBC’s lead rugby league commentator Dave Woods are Matt Newsum and Sharon Shortle, and joining them across the whole tournament is one of Australia’s most recognisable voices, Andrew Voss. Mark Wilson and Andy Stevenson complete the top-class commentary line up.
