Music channel dedicated to back-to-back hits from the 1970s has gone on Sky today.
That’s 70s is a sister channel to That’s 60s and That’s 80s, which launched on Sky at the beginning of the year.
But the channel is only available to night owls or early risers on Freeview, with its broadcast hours restricted to just six hours between 3am and 9am on Freeview channel 75, except in Manchester where the channel is available full-time on channel 86.
The channel isn’t available on Freesat or Virgin Media. The channel began tests on satellite last week and popped up on Freeview channel 75 on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, parent channel That’s TV UK has moved to Sky channel 171 today. On Freeview, That’s TV has suspended That’s 90s – which was only broadcast in the Manchester area.
