BBC Three will not show any live coverage from Glastonbury for the first time since it was relaunched as a TV channel.
- The big headliners Dua Lipa, Coldplay and Shania Twain are on BBC One
- Soak up the atmosphere each evening on BBC Two, which will dip in and out of various performances
- BBC Four will offer alternative coverage
- BBC iPlayer Glastonbury Channels to offer all available coverage options.
Following an agreement between the BBC and ITV dividing up the Group of 16 Euro 2024 games, the final schedules for the BBC’s TV coverage of Glastonbury has been confirmed.
BBC One will show Saturday’s nights headliners Coldplay – the performance would have been moved to BBC Two if the BBC was showing live football.
Across the three days of coverage (28-30th June), BBC One will showcase the main headliners, including Shania Twain in the Sunday legends slot, slightly earlier than the usual teatime slot, already starting at 3:45pm.

BBC Two is the channel to enjoy the atmosphere of the music festival, with the channel offering a ‘Grandstand’-like service, dipping in to live and recorded performances, plus interviews and short films. Coverage is presented by Clara Amfo, Lauren Laverne, Jack Saunders and Jo Whiley (pictured above).
BBC Four will show a selection of performances each evening.
But for the first time since BBC Three returned as a TV channel, BBC bosses have opted to leave the channel out of its live coverage.

Instead, BBC Three will showcase highlights next week, beginning with rock and indie performances on Tuesday 2nd July from 10pm.
Online TV coverage via BBC iPlayer
Online via the BBC iPlayer, in addition to live streams of the above TV channels, you can find all remaining televised performances that aren’t on BBC One, Two or BBC Four.
BBC iPlayer will offer 4K UHD coverage of the main performances on the Pyramid Stage, including Coldplay, plus a BSL channel with in-vision signing.
On Freely, Freesat, Freeview Play, Sky Q, Virgin Media and EE TV, the red button on BBC One and BBC Two will direct viewers to the iPlayer live streams. The old Red Button broadcast channel on older devices will not cover Glastonbury, in an arrangement first introduced in 2022.
