TalkSport’s visual radio service and a new golfing channel have landed on Samsung TV Plus this week on smart TVs, phones and tablets.
- Samsung’s streaming offer in the UK increases to 16 sports-themed channels.
TalkSport TV’s rapid expansion following its recent launch continues with the service arriving this week on Samsung smart TVs (2016+ models) and selected smartphones and tablets.
A live stream of the channel is now available on channel 4603 (for those using the numeric remote control on smart TVs). Alternatively, Samsung TV Plus users can scroll to the TV Plus, select live TV, navigate to ‘sport’ and find the channel there.
The channel launched last month on LG Channels and Fire TV. News UK, owners of TalkSport have promised an expansion on to other streaming platforms in the coming months.
Meanwhile a new 24/7 golf channel is now also live on the platform. DP World Tour showcases highlights from recent tournaments.
Viewers can access the action on channel 4604 or via the sports section of TV Plus.
It sits alongside the PGA Tour channel on 4065, giving golf fans more choice. Both channels don’t have the rights for live golf, with Sky Sports holding the rights to most live golf in the UK.
