Users of Sky’s streaming TV service will changes to their channel line-up, with more services running on two different channel numbers depending on where you live.
- UKTV services including U&Alibi, U&Dave change positions in England, Wales and NI.
- Sports channel changes following the demise of Eurosport in the UK and Ireland.
Sky is filling in the blanks in its channel guide on Sky Stream and Sky Glass in the UK and Ireland resulting in a major reshuffle on Tuesday 1st April.
Given the date, it’s no joke for viewers who will need to learn new channel numbers, which will vary depending where you live – not just between the UK and Ireland but also within the nations of the UK.
Sky is shuffling UKTV channels in England, Wales and Northern Ireland filling in channels 120 and 121 which are already in use in Scotland. And it is also reshuffling sports channels to fill the void left by Eurosport 1 and 2. Services affected in the UK include GINX TV, MUTV and LFC TV. In Ireland, Premier Sports is also affected.
