Powered by Tizen, the Samsung Gaming Hub is a new game streaming discovery platform available on a selection of 2022 Samsung TV models.
The electronics company announced the new feature ahead of the unveiling of its latest TV models at CES 2022. Samsung also announced partnerships with leading game streaming services to bring their full libraries of games to the Gaming Hub. These include NVIDIA GeForce NOW, Stadia and Utomik, with more to come.
Samsung Gaming Hub is available through the main navigation menu on compatible TVs. An icon across Gaming, Media and Lifestyle categories will take users to the Gaming Hub home screen (pictured).
Won-Jin Lee, Corporate President at Samsung Electronics said:
“Our Samsung Smart TVs provide the ultimate entertainment destination for everyone across generations, interests, and viewing preferences. We know that gaming continues to increase in popularity for our customers and we have bridged the gap between our Smart TV leadership and advanced gaming software to create an easier way for people to enjoy the games they love, faster. We developed the Samsung Gaming Hub with our incredible content partners to benefit all gamers, and we plan to continue our collaboration to grow the ecosystem.”
