ITV will screen its last exclusive FA Cup game on Sunday 27th April, with coverage of the second semi-final of the weekend.
- BBC and ITV live at Wembley for the men’s FA Cup semi-finals at the end of April.
Nottingham Forest v Manchester City will be ITV’s last exclusive FA Cup game following the broadcaster’s loss of FA Cup rights from next season.
The game, live from Wembley Stadium, will be televised on Sunday 27th April 2025. Kick-off is at 4:30pm. Viewers in central and northern Scotland will be able to watch on STV.
As the final in May will be screened on both BBC and ITV, this will be ITV’s last opportunity to exclusively benefit from increased interest in the FA Cup this season, with a number of big clubs, frequently featured on semi-finals weekend already knocked out of the competition. Earlier this week, ITV confirmed its FA Cup coverage so far has boosted its viewing figures across both traditional broadcast and streaming outlets.
From next season TNT Sports will take over as the main rightsholder for the FA Cup. The BBC will continue to show a selection of games free-to-air alongside highlights.
The BBC meanwhile will cover the other semi-final featuring Crystal Palace and Aston Villa on Saturday 26th April.
