Mattel content coming to streaming TV services

Mattel, the famous toy manufacturer and streaming platform Rakuten TV have teamed up to bring viewers access to Mattel’s most iconic children’s series and movies.

  • Animated series and movies from Barbie, Hot Wheels, Thomas & Friends and more coming to Rakuten TV.

Rakuten TV, one of Europe’s leading streaming platforms, has announced a new agreement with Mattel, the multinational toy manufacturing and entertainment company. This partnership will bring an exciting lineup of Mattel’s most iconic children’s series and movies across Europe, further enriching Rakuten TV’s diverse content offering for all ages. The content will be available on Rakuten TV’s Family channel, available across a range of streaming services in the UK and Ireland.

Additionally, all shows will be accessible on-demand as part of Rakuten TV’s expansive library of free content, ensuring viewers can enjoy it anytime, anywhere.

As part of the deal, Rakuten TV will offer a selection of beloved animated series and movies, featuring world-renowned brands such as Barbie, Hot Wheels, Thomas & Friends, Monster High, and more. The partnership covers key European markets, including the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Nordics, the Netherlands, Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, and Portugal.
