Premier Sports confirms Copa Del Ray Sky, Virgin and streaming coverage

Viewers in the UK and Ireland will be able to watch full coverage of the semi-finals and final of Spain’s premier cup competition, the Copa del Ray on Premier Sports.

  • Coverage begins with FC Barcelona v Atletico Madrid.

Premier Sports has confirmed details of its coverage of the final stages of this year’s Copa del Rey competition, building on its existing coverage of top tier Spanish football.

Coverage of the semi-finals and finals will be live and exclusive through Premier Sport’s linear and streaming service. The broadcaster has also confirmed it will be screening the final final El Clásico match of the season during the weekend of 10/11th May, with the exact date and time to be confirmed.

Copa Del Rey coverage starts on Tuesday 25th February with FC Barcelona v Atletico Madrid followed by Real Sociedad v Real Madrid on Wednesday 26th February. The Copa Del Rey Final will be played at the La Cartuja stadium in Seville on Saturday 26th April.
