S4C is now more widely available across the UK and beyond than ever before, making it easy to watch the channel wherever you are.
S4C is the Welsh language public service broadcaster, serving Wales since 1st November 1982. It’s well known beyond Wales for its exclusive sports coverage. Digital satellite, cable and online streaming services carry S4C across the UK.
Availability and channel numbers vary depending where you are in the UK. S4C is now HD only on Freesat.

How to watch S4C via Satellite outside of the UK
Viewers in the Republic of Ireland, as well as parts of France, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands can access S4C using a normal satellite dish. The service is free-to-air.
