Advertising is clearly demarcated from editorial content around the edges of the web pages or user’s screen. Our policy is to be ad-lite by default, this means no adverts that cover the entire screen or fill the margins. At the present time, we don’t carry sponsored content or affiliate links. However, should any such material appear in the future, any sponsored content will be marked in the header tag as an advertorial. Any affiliate links would be marked with an asterisk.

S4C HD launches on Freeview: Freeview previously advised that there would be no changes to broadcast hours of other channels. It was drawn to our attention by a viewer in Wales that this is in fact, incorrect. We’ve verified this by examining programme listings. They confirm that CBBC HD on Freeview in Wales will be cut back at the weekends to make way for S4C HD starting at 14:00. This is because both channels timeshare bandwidth. The article has been updated to make this clear and explains the reason behind the move. At the time of publication, neither the BBC nor S4C had issued a public statement about the change in Wales.
